Hey,

I have used the "unit has arrived at its destination" message alert for ages to help me efficiently manage my army and navy units, especially when I am large or global. Unfortunately 1.12 has made it so that it is now triggered by trade fleets as well, meaning alerts are firing all the time and it is unusable, seemingly broken as I can't see how this could be used anymore.

So now I can't manage things like two wars on the other side of the world at the same time without constantly pausing and moving my screen back and forth which I inevitably can't keep up leading to missing planned movements or navy movements.

Moving a fleet to the general area and then deciding exactly what to do once they got there was much more useful and easy.

Please please fix this alert and separate it from trade fleets. Oh and thanks for all the work gone into eu4, I don't want to sound ungrateful.

I sure hope so.

I just fired up the game for the 1st time in several months. I am like the OP and have always used notifications to let me know when units arrive at destinations. I don't see any practical way to play multi-front games otherwise, so I consider this game unplayable until this is fixed.

There went my plans for today!

I just fired up the game for the 1st time in several months. I am like the OP and have always used notifications to let me know when units arrive at destinations. I don't see any practical way to play multi-front games otherwise, so I consider this game unplayable until this is fixed.

There went my plans for today!
It is fixed in the current beta, which is accessible via Steam. I haven't heard word of when the official patch will release.
