I would really like to see some unique sprites for the Italian states in the near future. something fun and flamboyant that really takes into account the design and aesthetic culture of the periods, especially the Italian clothing fashions.
There now are uniques for HRE, England, France, Spain, Eastern Europe and the Ottomans, there are even some uniques for theocracies but its about time Italy got some visual love too, especially because there are a few nations in the area.
Perhaps as a rough Idea, the sprite could be a Crossbowman, an Arquebusier (similar to the knights), and then a flamboyant line infantryman and Napoleonic infantryman
