Unique focus trees

In the DD #14 it's been said that only 7 majors will have unique focus trees. Are you planning on expanding that number in the future with DLCs and patches to all nations, kinda like in EU4 with national ideas? Or maybe at least all European nations?

It seems like an obvious place to expand. I would assume the "big 7" will always have greater control over the game-state in their focus trees than the other nations will, though.
