Unique buildings/landmarks?

I pre-ordered CS for PS4 and I was wondering how good the selection of unique buildings is in the main game. It's hard for me to tell whether buildings I've seen on youtube/let's plays are mods or not.

I saw a stadium that didn't look like the ones in the DLC in a video, are there already stadiums in the base game? Are there parking garages?

What other types of buildings are there?
