anyone manage to trigger this? If so how did you, the US has so much more cash, what methods of changing the economy, taxes, military tactics did you employ? I am playing as the CSA and iam trying for it during either the first or second war with the US. A big problem iam having is dealing with the massive stacks of US troops, they seem impenetrable, any way of dealing with this?
