Please, don't do this again. Nothing is more annoying than USA making landings all over the world, when they don't hold any ports outside of US mainland. One day they land in India, another day in Africa. You beat them there, they try to land in Europe, China, Japan, Australia... the list goes on. Sure it's great to have aggressive AI that can launch naval invasions, but there has to be some way of stopping it (capturing it's ports, hopefully), other than putting defenders on every beach in the world. Make the AI work with range restrictions, make it fight for ports, make it build it's own ports to extend it's range of operations, make it play by the same rules as human player. I don't mind if AI gets IC bonuses, or manpower bonuses, or some other bonuses, that's why difficulty levels are for, and game would be boring without a way to make it hellishly difficult. But making AI ignore rules of the game completely, like with the unlimited range, just seems like a cheap way out of writing a decent naval AI and it leaves a sour taste in my mouth every time I see AI launch a naval invasion of Japan from San Francisco.
