Yeah I think it would work.

As you can see Ive done Austria-Hungary, Germany, Balkan State, Crimea-Georgia, England, Russia, Mongel State(Atrahkan,Sibir,Golden Horde), and Scandinavia.

With Persia right next door it seems like the AI will try to kill that nation off quick in each game. When do you think this is going to be ready I'm going to give it a spin when it is.

Edit; Yes I think the provences should be given to make the game more fair.

I'd say not too much longer. I only have a few nations to fix up now. just to warn you I cant host so It may take a bit longer. Also which nations do you think should be playable.
