True. However there are times when people aren't trolling per se, but their post contributes little to nothing to the discussion at hand, usually in the form of misconstruing what someone else is saying in a simplistic/exaggerated manner meant to dismiss or invalidate their opinion. For those situations it's not worth getting the moderation team involved but it would still be useful to indicate that they are not contributing to a positive community. In particular there are many forum regulars (who are obviously big Paradox fans but it doesn't excuse their behavior) who make a habit out of undermining any threads critical of the game. There are certainly valid counter-arguments to be made more often than not, but too often I see people resorting to petty tactics such as "you just want to be able to conquer the whole world in a few decades", etc.
