Unfixable Crash

[Condition]

Hi all,

Played Vicky 2 for years and wanted to come back to it after being away at university. Every time I press 'build army' or 'build navy' in the military tab I get the v2game.exe has stopped working message.

I've tried every solution I can possibly think of (caches, game cache, map folder, documents folder, re installing, deleting all mods, re installing the redistributables, ran in compatibility mode and pretty much any fix I can find to any problem) and still it crashes every time. Has anyone else had this issue? I would greatly appreciate help, I just want to play my favourite game again

ps. EVERYTHING else in the game works bar those two buttons, they cause instant crash.

I've just replied to you on reddit, but another idea is to delete the contents of your interface and/or gfx folders and then verify game cache. It seems like you might have some corrupted files.
