Unemployment overlay

Hi. For all you modders, and Colossal, It would be awesome if there could be created an overlay showing where the unemployed lives.
I have businesses needing employees and I have unemployed people. So it must be the distance between these, and perhaps an education mismatch, since this happens.
So an overlay helping me plan new businesses and living space will be great.

Just fyi, It's usually not a distance thing, education mismatch is very likely.
Also be aware the Hadron screws with education in a way that seriously interferes with the 'unemployment' calculation.
