Unemployment in African colonies

Hi,

Another time I have problems with unemployment in Africa. Another time I don't know why the hell :c.
RGOs unprofitable? No, I colonized some provinces exactly for that RGOs needed for my factories. Colonies in India, Indonesia, Korea with this RGOs are doing fine. African nope.

Militancy? No. In Indonesia and Korea there is very big unrest and people want their country for few decades. Still, they are working.

They don't need to work? No. They aren't getting they needs nor subsidises.

Their consciousness or literacy is to high to work as farmers? In Africa? pfffffffffff

OH WHY you dirty barbarians won't work, and just sit there and wait for a chance to revolt? I need that cotton BADLY!

Wait for people to convert to farmers or laborers.

But there are farmers and labourers. 90% of them. Farmers in RGOs that need farming. Labourers in RGOs that need mining. And they aren't doing anything ._.

Are your RGO's empty or full? Your tech may have made many of the workers irrelevant..... or African Gandhi is ruining you with non-violent non-cooperation.
