Haven't played since March (don't have the last two DLCs either) so don't know if it's part of patch 1.23 but income/treasuries seems a lot greater across the board. Did that happen in this version? How was that done?

AI logic on buildings has been substantially improved in 1.23. So lots of manufacturies, workshops and tax buildings
I just notice in my Mamluks game that dead tags with increase coring cost in his ideas doesn't apply the icc anymore.
I don't think this is due to 1.23 - I've seen it in 1.22 as well.Yeah but I seem to be making a lot more money too but I guess if the AI is building more manufactories then my Merchant Republic is going to benefit as well. I noticed that I get the bonus goods in my own provinces as well - it used to be that the bonus was only applied to non-MR provinces. Did that change in this patch?
Example: I control 90% of Zanzibar, but I now get a 90% bonus apparently to goods production for all my provinces there. In the past that would be 0%.
Are you sure?
What if you full annexed Tunnis? Does their HCC not apply in that case? What if you take it all in two wars but don't core them for some reason?
Maldives is now a nation that the AI will conquer. In the past they'd stick around to the end unless the player conquered them.
Am I mistaken or Poland got another center of trade in Lublin?
I just full annexed Dai Viet, also one of the countries with ICC, and after the tick of the month the modifier disappeared. Are you sure?

This has been around for a while, have you by any chance not embraced the latest institution?Yeah but I seem to be making a lot more money too but I guess if the AI is building more manufactories then my Merchant Republic is going to benefit as well. That means no reviving dead tags by rebels anymore? Getting the HRE choke full of princes just got harder then. This is actually vaguely documented, but nationalist rebels are now a lot more restricted.
They will only walk to siege down cores now. They won't siege primary culture land not their cores.
More importantly and undocumented, they will now only spawn in cores. So for example cyprus when taken has no valid Greek core to spawn from. Thus it will default to zealot or other non separatist rebel type.
Indeed !It's probably just part of their master plan to finally getting the HRE to work again in 1.25 or something!
