Immoral business, most likely. The only thing the manual states is 'a Tooltip will give further details on how it affects you'.

If China really have 400 units, it be brigades and ships, then one can only wonder how large they will be with a full mobilization. Of course, tech means a lot, but are you confident you have the reserves for such a war?

560 brigades and 45 ships. If I am lucky they didn't discover the tech to mobilize, altough I am not sure if it is a tech or being civilised which allows you to mobilize.

About the non-existant CB issue, after comparing with RELee's AAR the problem seems to be clear: You got a CB for the Aquire State war goal, which you can't use since you don't own any non-colonial territory which borders China. I guess the equivalent demand for Aquire State in regard to colonies is Demand Concession, and it looks like the event should have given you a CB for that one too. I hope this gets fixed in the next patch...
Hmm, I hope this is fixed in the 0day patch. This basically breaks Japan.
What?! The lack of a CB only means you have to take an infamy hit when choosing a war goal. How does this break anything? You guys are confusing the heck outta me. The fact that I game play in a fashion that avoids infamy shouldn't even play into this at all, unless I'm missing some very important point which I agree I often do.

Didn't someone say that you need to be civilized to build mobilization pool?
My prediction: you get your arse handed to you. The Chinese are just way too strong - even with what appears (from the other AARs) to be some pretty un-stellar AI.
