We shall be restarting in a new nation.

Now I am not going to end this game now, or just by saying "game over". Every AAR deserves a proper ending, and this one is no exception. To be fair for those who wish to continue, I shall offer a choice for the new end date. There are three choices to choose from in this case:

End of Next Election (Whenever the State of Emergency ends)

Turn of the Century (1900)

Death of Emperor Meiji (1912)

These three dates are earlier then 1936, but allow those who wish to continue more time to play.
