I wanted to confirm this was WAD and not a bug. Some rulers are under-age in 1066 and they start married (for example king of Hungary). Is it WAD that these "children" can produce children or they shouldn't be able to?

Well, if they were historically married, there probably isn't much Paradox could do about it unless they wanted to be ahistorical, presumably, and marriages probably are the only requirement for procreation, not including situations of lustfulness.
starting at 1066, there a married couple in Lleira (or somewhere like that) that are like ... 6 and 7 years old?
starting at Alexid (1st April 1081) theres a guy in Brittany thats 31 years old that have a 6 year old wife.
