In my current game, I captured an enemies starbase in war, and after the peace was settled, I get an icon attached to that starbase saying that its' not connected to the trade network. I'm not sure how or why this is the case, as it's directly connected to my capital with no piracy in between, and there's nothing I can see that's blocking the flow of trade value. I'm not sure if it's a bug or I'm just missing something. Is anyone able to clarify this for me?
