Uncommonwealth Achievement Broken?

So, My 1st play-trough to test the new expansion.
Played as Lithuania, forced PU over Poland, then used the option to form the Commonwealth.
The achievement did not trigger and the achievement browser became grey saying that achievements were disabled because the game should be played as Lithuania.

Is the achievement broke?
No mods, All DLCs...

EDIT:
Exited to the main menu, here is the history about the war and so on:

Then tried to reload the save.
Now it says "game belongs to another user or is edited"

2 bugs?

Did you keep an eye on the in-game achievement browser as you went to make sure it was still accessible?

I had a similar situation. I just formed Russia for the first time and the game told me I had to play as Muscovy to be eligible for achievements. When I quit the game and reloaded it, it gives me the same user message.

Same issue here as Prussia. It seems like there is a bug in the Achievementbrowser.

I was just looking through the Bug Reports forum and it appears no-one has reported this someone should make a post(I'd do it but I have yet to download and play Cossacks so I think it's better that someone who has makes the post)

So forming nations is bugged in Ironman Mode and attempting to do so will ruin your save and you still won't get your achievements?

Glad I'm going for Baltic Crusade right now

There have been a number of bug reports and Paradox are aware that there seems to be an issue with achievements where you change tag.

Yes, we are aware of this bug and are currently working on a fix.
