Uncolonized provinces should use native flag, not rebel flag.

When looking at the state screen, and perhaps elsewhere, every province is shown with the flag of its owner. Uncolonized provinces are shown with the unadorned black and red rebel flag. Would it not make more sense if they were shown with the green and black dot native flag?

Indeed that would make sense!

BTW I've never realized that there is a generic rebel flag in the game
