Unbidden crisis doesn't end after defeat (1.4 54ed)

All the unbidden are dead, but the final event didn't trigger when I destroyed the remaining fleet.

I'm going to need some help with where you're keeping the save files on Linux.

Assuming that you mean local savegames you can find them in:

~/.local/share/Paradox\ Interactive/Stellaris/save\ games/
