unfortunately I have to change my mind.
the game started with high expectations.
I specify that I love mafia games.
but what i don't like is that i pre-ordered the game with 4 dlc's and after almost a year no new dlc has come out yet.
in addition, patches and updates are not very significant in terms of content and too rare.
updates are made after months with 4 things thrown away.
it seems that the producers only aimed to sell copies of the game and the dlc at launch and then shelved the game after taking the money from the release.
if the two dlc's don't come out by the end of 2021 or a mod section isn't published, i think i'll never buy a game from them again.
in addition to the fact that the Italian is snubbed when for a game like this it would take little to add it.

I invite you to check the main page about forthcoming releases.

It has been announced publicly there is a massive new - FREE - patch forthcoming called ‘Precincts’ that fundamentally affects the base map in a powerful and profound way and completely reworks the economy of the game and how the map is controlled and dominated militarily.

At the same time, a paid DLC will be made available with a wicked good new boss named Maxim, new racket types, and further enhancements.

Be a wee bit patient. I can say with great certainty the Romero’s have been working overtime preparing this and it is worth the wait!

I have to agree with @Andre Bolkonsky. I also pre-ordered the game with DLCs. Yes, things have been pretty quiet except the occasional update or announcement, but I'm ok with that. I know that they are working hard with new updates. And as Andre said, the new precinct update sounds fantastic. Remember that the first half of this game's release was to make bug fixes and the like. Now that the game is pretty solid, they can turn their attention to new content.

You have to keep in mind that DLCs may not be "small" and come out quickly after a game is released. Typically, if you see a game released and a DLC comes out soon after, it's because most of that DLC's content was already developed. Romero Games are creating all new content for their DLCs. It takes time. And they already said that they would release the mod tools in an update later. So it could easily come out before the end of the year or soon after.

Mod tools are scheduled to release with Precinct / Make it count. And will be free to all players.

I do encourage you to go preview the Precincts update, the Maxim overview, and the DLC descriptions on the front page of Paradox or on Steam.

Have a nice day. :)

I have seen some complaints that the not yet released contend was on sale in some form during that last big sale. So it looks like people who purchased higher tier game in good faith and are waiting like a year for what they paid for were appreciated in an original way.
