Unable to upload my mods

Hello, since yesterday, ive been unable to update any of my mods. I cant provide you with any further information because this is the first time that ive encountered such an error. The mod launches without a problem, its just that im unable to upload it onto steam workshop.

I'm not aware of this as a current problem, either with this game or generally. Googling that error I see many hits over the years, although more often to do with downloading mods than uploading them.

"ERROR Steam read download: k_EResultTimeout Workshop [Name of Mod] data sent by steam is empty."

Maybe try selecting a different Steam download site?
