Unable to start my game with TFH

I cannot start my game while the DLC Their finest hour no matter what i do, i've reinstalled it a few times, tried it with different mods on and off combinations. I've even tried to start it with the hoi3game.exe manually but i get an error that it's missing tbb.dll. I have used verify integrity of game cache a few times, it repairs a couple of missing files but even then it wont work.

Can anyone please help somehow?

Download the .DLL file and place it on your desktop, or wherever you like. The files seem to vary from computer to computer, but the fix is the same

Where do it get that .DLL file though?
