This should be in the EUIV support forum. :p

Support forum can be accessed by entering your forum key (Steam calls it a CD key) under the mygames tab at the top of the forum.
If for some reason you do not want to do that you can get tech support directly from us by logged a ticket at paradox.zendesk.com
