Unable to register game?

Hello, I'm new here, I allready made a support ticket a while ago but noone answered.
I'm not exactly sure if this is the right place for a thread like this, I'm sorry if it isn't, but as I can't register my game I can't view the other sub-forums for EU4.
This here is how it looks before i paste my cd-key and everything.

The only change i'm noticing is in the link after i click register. It's changing from

http://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/mygames.php

to

http://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/mygames.php?do=eu4taken

I'm sorry again if this is not the place for such questions but I'm new here so please excuse a first timer like me.

If you just logged your ticket (I assume you mean on paradox.zendesk.com) within the last few days, the lack of response is probably due to the weekend and Easter break - you ought to get a response this week, I'd expect.

Meanwhile you might try using a different browser.

Any chance you registered it before? that means it's already been registered on the forum. If you submit a ticket to the Zendesk they can help look up the account it is on.
