In my playthrough I allied with the Voices of Nerat initially, but completed the Vendrien's Well defense (edict) quest before I ever visited the Blade Grave region, then ended up killing the Voices, Ashe, Cairn and Mark before starting the Edict of Storms quest line.

Many of the Chorus NPCs still refer to the Voices as alive, with no choices other than delivering the NPCs to Cacophony, despite the Voices being dead. An Edict of Fire is still raging over the Cacophony area with no sign of disappearing, nor option to stop it. The chorus who spectated the Voices' fight are still there cheering, yet are not interactable.

I have no quests remaining in my journal, and several side-locations previously visitable are locked off since the Edict quest, with the exception of the Blade Graves region which only unlocked after obtaining the associated Spire.

Any help would be appreciated, I really don't want to have to reload a save file from 8+ hours ago.
I will upload the save file if I can find the damn thing,
