Unable to place tracking monitor anywhere

I'm unable to place tracking monitor inside security room (or anywhere else) for some reason; placing health monitor inside infirmary works, placing router works as well

I've seen this reported before however it is always due to mods I suggest you remove all your mods and if the issue continues delete your mods folder, if the issue continues after removing mods & mods folder please post her again
