Unable to Pain Districts

I only have two mods Enabled, Thats the included Unlimited Money cheat and a Street-level Camera. Yet when I unlock Districts at 800 population, I am not able to paint any of it. I get no brush, and when I zoom out, the entire land turns red.

Whats going on? Thanks.

I'm getting the exact same thing but I have a fair few mods enabled, neither of your's though. I was going to make a thread asking if anyone had this issue as I suspected mod interference but if its happening to you and me but we don't have the same mods then maybe it's something else?!?

Have you disabled your mods to see if it still happens? I do have camera mod's, I have No Border Limit Camera, Enhanced Zoom and Toggle District Snapping. I originally thought it maybe one of those but I've not disabled anything yet.

Anyone else have this problem? or know what might cause it?

I'll experiment later...but I'm going to live with it for the time being.

It would be worth it to try if you're having this issue with no mods either. In the meanwhile I am going to do some tests on this myself as well.

So basically the issue is as follows?
1 - start a new game
2 - grow your city until 800 residents
3 - unable to paint any districts
4 - terrain turns red? Do you have a screenshot as well?

Did some testing on this myself, without any mods I am not running into the same issue.

EDIT: Is it worth un-subscribing the mod's I have and reinstalling the game fresh ???
I would rather not but if I have to I will.

EDIT 2: It seems un-subscribing some mod's has resolved the issue. I'm not sure what one's yet as I un-subbed them all...

EDIT 3: I'm not certain however I think the culprit was Toggle District Snapping.

With the commandline it should have disabled all mods, so unsubscribing is not really necessary if you only want to run without mods for a limited amount of time (say until most of the mods are updated that you use). Glad to know however that you got it to work, unfortunately the same counts for this as for anything regarding to the modifications after a new patch/expansion.

I stupidly didn't read your what to do if your having problems thread before making the post on this thread. I will follow the correct procedure from now on...apologies, My bad.
