Hi,

I just played a bit (as Burgundy) and found out something that disturbed me:

My alliance ran out and I immediately invited the old members again (= Poland, Bavaria, Sweden). When I came to Bavaria which was diplo-vassalized by Poland during the time they were in the alliance the option invite was disabled. I watched this once again for Poland/Baden. Is this normal ? I don't get the sense of this rule.
It has nothing to do with the maximum number of alliance members because I could still invite other nations. Relations were very good, too.

Yes, that is the rule. Vassals cannot marry, and can only join an alliance led by their masters.

that sucks, cause I want to be the leader ;)
Perhaps this should be changed to:
"vassals can only join alliances of which their overlord is a MEMBER"
