Hopefully someone else figured this one out. I selected the focus tree goal : "A Common Destiny For All of Turkey" effect: Unlocks Decision "Integrate Kurdish State" & "Reconciliation"
In order to enable the "Integrate decision" you have to get compliance of Kurds to 70% and Resistance no higher than 30%. I did both.
I clicked the 200 cost PP and suddenly it cancelled. I looked at the cancel effect and here is what I read:
"Instantly cancelled if:
All of the following must be true:
Has not completed focus "Permit regional elections"
Has not completed focus "A Common Destiny for All of Turkey"
The strange thing is you cannot get the option to "integrate" the Kurds without the focus "A Common Destiny for all of Turkey"
So its as if its saying by picking that focus you get the "integrate decision" but when you plan on integrating you can't cause you picked that decision? It sounds like a bug or something doesn't make sense, maybe someone else can help me with this problem
