After the update my buttons to grant Estates privilages are gone.
I have found out that more people have similar issue:
My problem however seems more deep as I cannot make it work.
I have tired so far:
1. Disable all mods
2. Disable all mods + reinstall
3. Checking files integrity
4. Unsubscribe all mods to get rid of them entirely + uninstall
5. Even deleting the programfiles(x86)_Steam_userdata_<userID>_236850 folder
I tried it with Timurids, Florence, Castile and Sweden, every time same result.
I'm out of ideas.
I bought the DLC but I cannot play it. how can I restore my game to status zero?
I contacted your technical support by opening the ticket and this is what I got:
"Not all nations can do this and it's possible you are playing one that doesn't. Please check the Wiki page as it explains it more in details: https://eu4.paradoxwikis.com/Estates"

"That's all I can tell you, yes, as I've not actually seen any other reports about this which leads to believe that it may actually be working as intended. I'd suggest you share this on the forums instead as both the developers and QA team gather information there and it's also possible that we can get more reports from other users."
To be honest this is by far the worst technical support I have ever dealt with, no solution, no help, trully I'm shocked, you took the money and now "it's your problem man, nobody else has it so it's all goodie"...
