Unable to download HoI 3 from Steam

I purchased HoI 3 from Steam during the sales of the past week, but i'm having trouble installing it. When i click on "Install", Steam begins downloading the game but stops after the first seconds putting the game in queue, slowing down the download to 0 kbps.
The strange fact is that this happens only with HoI 3, when i try to install other games everything works flawlessly.

First: Please register your HOI3 game to this forum. The link is at the top of the page "Register A Game".
Doing that will give you access to the HOI3 Tech Support section of the forum (as well as Player Modifications and Multiplayer forum sections).

I have no clue what might be causing the problem, but if you can post in HOI3 Tech Support, you're much more likely to get help by someone who does have a clue.
