Unable to create cloud save file

So yeah, started having this problem today. I've been trying to start a new game saved in Cloud, and keep getting the "Failed to save game for some reason" error.

It suggests that the save file might have forbidden characters in the file name, but I'm using the standard save name convention (Ironman_Holland), it also suggests that I might not have enough space, but I have no other saved games in cloud.

Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

Please do a full **clean** re-install of Steam and game:

- move any valued save games elsewhere
- "uninstall" in Steam-CK2
- exit Steam entirely
- manually delete both the Steam/SteamApps/common/CK2 AND Documents/Paradox/CK2 folders
- delete everything in the Steam folder EXCEPT steam.exe and the SteamApps folder
- run steam.exe to rebuild all that
- re-install game in Steam, run a Steam Verify when done.
- add steam.exe and ck2game.exe to the Exceptions list of your antivirus app
- start the game with no mods active and test

In particular make sure there are no files or folders left under either the Steam CK2 or Documents CK2 locations, before installing again.
