Ever since my desktop died a few months back I have been having to use my laptop for browsing, but have been unable to change my avatar since then because of the issue above. A couple of other pop ups on the forum will move when I try to scroll down, but the avatar one is in an entirely fixed position and I can't access the bottom half of the window. Is it a resolution issue, perhaps? I run on 1366x768. Is there some way around this that I haven't been able to find?
