Unable to call allies

So, as Austria, after having conquered Salzburg, Treviso and Friuli, a coalition of 15-20 HRE minors + Venice and Hungary decides to declare war on me. I am allied with France and Bohemia but I am unable to call them to war. The button is not even there. All I can do is to dissolve the alliance. Does anyone know why this is? I don't think I'm able to win the war without their help...

They already joined your war? When you get declared on, all your allies get an instant call to arms.

If you paused the day you got declared on, go forward about a month and check.
