Unable to alter sound?

Both volume in effects and music are set to 0, yet with full volume.

Changing them just resets it back to 0, so currently unable to alter volume

Have you tried restarting your game? We have seen an issue where the first time the player starts the game, the options won't change.

Just restarted it and they both seem set to "7" now. So perhaps it was a random bug on first launch

I don't think it is random, this happens quite frequently when starting the game for the first time. It's a known issue and the devs are onto it.
