Why we have no language-specific forums is another question. Maybe after the planned redesign of the forum (Johan talked about it in the Magicka forum), it could be considered? It would be much easier for many people, look at that poor robie2142 guy for example, he's shamelessly and mercilessly picked on by people in here, even moderators and their buddies just because his English is very basic. Just try to imagine how many of your paying customers are fluent in English enough to participate in the community and how many aren't.
Easiest way to do it is to initially create a second forum for "other languages" and see posts in which languages appear in there most often, those would be granted their own forums. After a while simple demand mechanics would allow you to determine all the languages that need their own space.
Think about it.
Supported, although I'm afraid those forums wouldn't be as helpful as the English one is. I usually go into the Spanish one, and it's not that good. There are less interesting questions and a lot less interesting answers. It's a matter of how many people it's involved in. Today I was reading the French one... it's really bad. God, just for a second I thought pig Latin really existed as a kind of vulgar Latin... Sometimes I don't even know where my head is...I'm waiting for the pig latin forum.
