Ultrawide Resolution?

When the game unlocked I started it and at the first opportunity went to the options and I was able to select 3440x1440 but in combat it was not set correctly so I did it again... set it to 3440x1440. This worked but after the mission things got messed up with the start button for the next mission being more than half below my screen.
So I restated and now I can't set a ultrawide resolution anymore

Any ideas how to fix this?

I already restarted multiple times.

I set it to 3440x1440, campaign intro played fine but now I am not able to press the Next-button in the mission screen. Also the text layer with the background description seems to be too long because it ranges into the Background -> Appearance part.

Ok something seems messed up.

I can switch to windows mode with 2560x1440 then I can go back into the settings and change it to 3440x1440 and it will run fine with the stupid bar on top.
Switching back to fullscreen will keep the resolution but after the next load (switching to combat) the interface is messed up. Also 3440x1440 does not show up in the fullscreen settings.

Edit: Setting it back to window and back to fullscreen fixes it for a while.

This is btw. VERY VERY Annoying!

Edit 2: Scrap that interface is messed up in windows and fullscreen anyway conversation boxes fall of the bottom of the screen with the confirmation button barley reachable
