Ultimo/Primogentur /w Conclave

Hello,

I took a long break of CK" and started to play again /w release of Conclave. I own all DLC, epxect Suns Invasion and miss some cosmetics, and I dont use any mods changing the checksum.


I´m VERY confused about changing the succession law to Primo- or Ultimogenture.

The requirements are NEVER met to change the succession. I added screenshots to take a look.
Sure, my nation must be at peace, o vasssals at war and none is hating me is self-expllanatory. But the tech-requirements NEVER check green even when I tech´ed the requirements. Additional, why are crown-authority requirements when there is no option to change the crown-authority.

I´m a simple man and VERY frustrated, so I have simple questions:
Is there a bug?
If not, can someone explain me how I have to change the succession laws? If necessary, explain it step-by-step as if i were a six year old kid

You need late feudal administration - this is a realm law (second of the laws tabs), and you will probably need to scroll down on that tab to see it.

Late feudal administration itself needs legalism 3.
