There should be a decesion with 5 options. Give back Ireland North Ireland. Install puppet goverment in North Ireland. Fascist coup in Ireland and if it succeeds, give them back the North and become allied. Give England the North, they should core it as well. Give England the entire Irish isle, they rise claims on everything else. Or with cancel keep it of course.
