UK oil won't go above 91.5

I have 446 oil being shipped into uk daily according to the daily resource summary, yet on the interface (above the date counter) it never rises above 91.50 and the rate of increase appears to relate to this figure.
I do have more coming in than out but no where near the 446 figure i just spent 1 hour reorganising convoys to get.

at the moment about 80.
Now another problem has occured despite the amount of oil coming in the damn thing is converting coal at a hell of a rate (the 446 oil is JUST from convoys and puppets)

I am betting that you are out of rubber. Your excess oil is being converted, but now even that cannot keep up and so you have entered a two stage conversion, with coal being converted into the oil, and the oil in turn converting to rubber. If this is true, you have a problem, since the UK should have ample rubber resources. Have you recently suffered any territory losses in Southeast Asia? Are all of your convoys still running, i.e. none of them showing up red in the convoy list?

In that case check your outbound convoys one by one. Sounds like one of them is shipping oil OUT from the home isles. Chances are its a big convoy, too. If it ain't that, you have a poltergeist or somethin'.

I went back to the last save after a re-start and it sems fine know.....guess the gremlins were on the march

When it comes to some countries with puppets (the UK and Japan at startup), the ledger can be very unreliable because the resources delivered by puppets are listed twice. Because you have a landlink to all of your puppets, they send their resources to the adjacent province first, which shows up as "received from puppets", but then you have to move it to your capital and that's when it's listed as "convoyed to homeprovinces". Subtract the amount of resources you get from your puppets from the resources you ship home to get a clear picture of your actual resourcesituation.

Another complicating matter for Britain is that you start out with several convoys that ship resources to the Commonwealth. You can deselect the oilboxes from those convoys, they don't need it. Apart from NewZealand which needs coal steel and rubber, you just have to ship some rubber to them. In return, Canada and SouthAfrica send steel back to you, although this doesn't show up in the ledger.
