Was just wondering who does your overnight delivery service. Do they work on Saturdays ?


Good customer support by the way. As you can see a lot of us are abnormally excited about HoI so you're being around should calm a few nerves.

Next day dels are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, unfortunately most sorting offices don't handle these for Saturday's so they will only gurantee goods sent Monday to Thurs Pre12 nextday and Friday shipment is guranteed for Monday pre12.

So in this case there may be more chance of 1st Class getting there on a Saturday before Special Delivery.

If you need to change it let me know either by the email addy or call me on 0208 977 8088 (probably a faster way)

so now I have to hope there won't be any problem with the Eurostar and that I'll get it on monday or tuesday...

I was really impressed by the customer service: I had a smal problem with my order (it probably had a hard time crossing the Channel ) and Jason made all he can to help me...

I'll probably use strategic plus again next time. (still need to receive the game though )

That would be Strategic Plus - Strategy First being the US distributor from whom SP are getting their imports.

Man I sure hope the postie delivers tommorrow. I switched my post from next day back to standard 1st class although I had already been charged for next day (not that I'm bothered especially if it comes on Saturday). SP said they would wave delivery on my next order if I reminded them which is nice...
