So, i declared war on austria as northern germany in order to liberate hungary and stop them from being a gp. Too bad i called my ally uk in to help me because even tho theyve barely done anything they now feel like theyre just going to white peace with austria and fuck me over like that. What can I do to stop that? Diplomacy? Mods? Anything?

Don't call them in, AI UK will generally be a pretty poor ally for central/eastern European wars unitl late game. Awesome if you want to control the seas, but till 1880-1890 depending on developments they tend not to get very involved on land. Keep them on side to stop them stomping you with the Royal Navy if your infamy gets too high, but leave them to their own thing
Ty, just googled "tag" and found some console commands, so I instaconquered austria(they were dead anyways) and won before uk could do their silly shit. I guess Ill be more careful with UK from now on.
It sounds like they became War Leader - this is because they were a greater power than you, and so took over the war leadership.
A 'practical' solution, beyond not calling them in, is to become a greater power than GB, then they won't become War Leader next time you call them to arms.
