Just a question.
In the 1939 Blitz scenario, does the UK and all the Commonwealth nations have the same Air technology?
If not they should because when war broke out, Canada origionally wanted a "limited liability" war. They didnt want a war like the previous because the Conscription issue would tear the English speaking and the Quebeqios apart. So W.L.M. King concieved the "British Commonwealth Air training Plan" or "BCATP." This created schools all across Canada to teach pilots from every Commonwealth nation doctrines of air warfare. The UK and Commonwealth should get an extra "little" bonus when researching Air warfare doctrine.
And all the Commonwealth nations should have equal air tech as UK.
If they do have equal tech, forget that last sentence.
