UK attacks unaligned YUG (SER) after Guaranteeing its independence

Playing 10.0.1/2. all DLCs, achievements on, Playing YUG (now SER), Nonhistorical focuses on, I am not in any faction, I went down with Limited Self-government - France has little entente, UK is in. They are at war with Axis. The UK just guarantees my independence, in a few days they declare a war on me. this is strange (they have no wargoal, but they have albania)

i believe that this could have something with UK "Balkan initiative". I have got an event to "consider it" but i wasn't able to do anything ... (no event or decision). I wasn't able to join little entente (30 % of democratic parties is required) ... .
