Can someone make me a mod where the UK annexes France's colonies after Vichy comes into being there by annexing the rest of France(not Vichy though)? Thank you.

I won't make you a mod but I'll give you the pointers. You just need an event to inherit France. To get the units, the easiest way is to set "regular_id = ENG" in the inc file for France. Otherwise you'll have to switch the units' allegiance first. Make the triggers:
exists = VIC
alliance = { country = FRA country = ENG }
war = { country = ENG country = GER }
IRL this was proposed by the British (Anglo-French union) and rejected by France, just prior to France going Vichy ("French State").
You will also need an event to set France Free again at the appropriate time, and give France back its colonies. Just to be historic I'd recommend presenting this as a choice to France first in a prior event, and only carrying this out if France accepts.

You can also look at my mod--nation U55 (Free France) for the historic Free French leaders and add them to the ENG leaders file with 1941 or later start dates.
