UK AI Blocks all Naval Access and starves itself of Oil

Has anyone noticed that the UK AI blocks naval acces to Denmark Strait, North Atlantic Ridge and Iberian Coast, and in consequence can no longer trade oil and starves itsfelf.

Im playing as Germany and this makes the UK pretty easy prey.

Anyone else has noticed it? Do you know if there is a mod that can fix it? Or how it can be fixed while a patch is worked out=

I've never seen it unless I, as Germany, blockade them with the 100 subs I built from the start.

No point in trading or importing if all convoys are caught, so blocking sea zones seem normal behaviour to me in this scenario.

I dont agree with that, if no more trading means you will ran out of oil well no trade is equal to suicide, they should keep a path open and defend it no matter how much attritrion that causes.

if they keep losing transports the War support will go to 0.
With crisis after crisis plus -30% surrender and a lot of penaltys no matter the choice. They will not be able to wage war.

You are absolutely right, I think.

Sea-trading routes, free of enemy engagements, were totaly vital for the UK.
Without any Oil......ok the "results" are well-known
