UI suggestion: when the game says "No Leader Assigned" add "(have available leaders)"

Just a quality of life improvement.

Sometimes the game says "No leader assigned" and I'm not sure if, say, my scientist got unassigned cause he became president - in this case I may have spare leader. Now I often see I don't have influence or leader capacity to hire new leader. And especially with governers there are many of them so it's frustrating to scroll through them looking if there's any free leader.

So please change "No Leader Assigned" to "No Leader Assigned (have Available leaders)" or "No Leader Assigned (can hire new leader)" or "No Leader Assigned (no available leader and can't hire anyone)" depending on situation.

I'd like an alert when a scientist becomes President that a science fleet just went idle, sometimes it takes me a bit to notice and I can't remember the name of every scientist/governor/etc.

Yes, it would help if anyone becoming president had said in this message "He now leaves his previous assignment as Scientist on UNS Something to fulfill his mandate of building damned stations".

Dunno why it isn't there already.
