Further to our discussion, kindly make sure significant digits are properly set in patches too. Initial release was stellar in that regard, the patches not so much. Here are examples from 1.2 beta where the decimal places could be cut, because those are integers (and other values on the same tooltips are correctly shown as integers).

At least one of the ones you pointed out has been fixed for 1.2, and a bunch of others as well!
Awesome :) Its one of those tiny little things that just makes the game that much nicer to play.

Is there any consideration to doing something similar with the main banner for equivalent units? For instance in this example making bureaucracy, authority and influence all zero decimal places (so -10, +94, +202) and population all the same decimal places (so 8.31M, 1.15M, 0.40M?) so that they read consistently?

I'm partly asking because I've got crappy eyesight, so consistent decimal places makes the numbers easier to parse at a glance... and there are so many other great accessibility features in the UI that I thought this might be on the radar.

(By the way - a massive Thank You to whoever is responsible accessibility... the clean legible fonts, colour coding, and generally spacious layouts make it so much easier to play with bad eyesight).

I agree with all of these except the population. Switching from 399k to 0.40m in your example is less clear in my opinion. Following your rule that consistently would mean a GDP of 1.1 billion would be displayed at 1100M which is not a UI improvement.
