Can't really think of a more descriptive title.

Anyway, there have been several instances where I've been looking at the Declare War screen and basically deciding if I want to go to war or not and then some popup comes up and I automatically press Enter to make it go away but instead accidentally cause war because of the diplomacy suddenly having priority over events. This is especially annoying if I'm playing multiplayer where pausing and taking my time is frowned upon.

Could you please make it work the other way around?
