There are useful tool tips all over the place in EUIV but they often include partial information that you then have to look elsewhere to get more detail.
For example, the Dip Rep tooltip on the Diplomacy tab tells you about modifiers affecting your Dip Rep but it doesn't tell you when they expire, even though there is space to do so. It would be great if it looked something like this:
Legitimacy: +0.5
Annexed Subjects: -3.00 until 15 Feb 1602
Diplomatic Faux Pas: -1.00 until 12 Dec 1603
Foreign Contacts: +1.00 until 20 Apr 1604
Another example is the tooltip for conversion time on the Religion tab. If you have religious zeal then you know you cannot convert but it would be nice to see when it expires in the same tooltip.
I'm sure others can think of plenty more examples of where modifiers are listed in tool tips and it would be great to know when they expire without having to look somewhere else in the game.
